REDUCED FEE POLICY
In an attempt to not allow finances to hinder someone in need of counseling, reduced fee services may be available to clients in financial stress on a limited basis.
INSURANCE
BCBS
We accept all BCBS policies and provide a complimentary eligibility check before your first session. Every client is encouraged to contact their insurance company to verify their deductible, copay/coninsurance and coverage. If your policy does not cover out patient mental health services, payment will be due within 7 days upon receipt of insurance remit.
We can provide clients with a Super Bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. All appointments must be paid in full at the time service in order to receive a Super Bill.
Our clinic cannot guarantee any reimbursements.
OTHER INSURANCES

In order to reserve an appointment, all patients must put a credit card on file for our cancellation policy and for our office to process payments for services rendered.
